Assault Rifle: Oden

An effective option amongst assault rifles that becomes lethal in the right hands.

Assault Rifle: Oden

Undoubtedly not the easiest gun to handle in Warzone, the criticism levied against the Oden is well-deserved in some ways. It has a low fire-rate and high recoil that can make it brutal to handle. However, to those who can learn to deal with those drawbacks, the benefits are limitless. It is far from an overstatement to say that as a tap-fire weapon, there may not be a more dangerous option out there.

  • Muzzle – Colossus Suppressor
  • Barrel – Oden Factory 810mm
  • Optic – VLK 3.0x Optic
  • Underbarrel – Merc Foregrip
  • Ammunition – 30 Round Mags

For a gun with brutal recoil issues, the Colossus Suppressor does a solid job of both remedying that as well as increasing damage range and adding blast suppression. The Oden Factory 810mm further assists in reducing recoil as well as enhancing damage and bullet velocity. The VLK 3.0x Optic is crucial for further improving the utility of the Oden from mid to far range. The Merc Foregrip also helps the effects of recoil and the 30 round mags are plenty for a gun that is a tap fire offering.

Damage: With a slow cycle rate, damage of individual rounds is undoubtedly the biggest strength of the Oden

Tapfire potential: If a player can master the recoil pattern, the Oden becomes lethal in single fire capacity

Firerate: The Oden was not built to spray rounds. This is definitely a gun that shots must be calculated with.

Recoil: Recoil can be very difficult to control on the Oden, even with the added attachments.
