This bolt-action sniper rifle, although it is not the most popular choice, can be incredibly unforgiving from range.
As a sniper rifle that undoubtedly takes a bit of time to earn as a level 37 reward, it would be fair to say that the AX-50 is not necessarily the first choice of the unseasoned player. However, for many players, as they begin to use it a bit more, they cannot help but ignore its power and accuracy over long distances.
- Muzzle – Monolithic Suppressor
- Barrel – 32.0″ Factory Barrel
- Laser – Tac Laser
- Stock – Singuard Arms Assassin
- Rear Grip – Stippled Grip Tape
The monolithic suppressor, a popular choice for most guns in this game, strengthens arguably the most formidable trait of the AX-50 in its effective damage range in addition to providing an added noise decrease in rounds. The 32.0″ Factory Barrel furthers said damage range in addition to also boosting bullet velocity and decreasing recoil. The Tac Laser improves ADS speed and stability, two of the most crucial difference-makers between good and great sniper rifles. The Singuard Arms Assassin can make the difference in the clutch when the time it takes to aim down sight can become the difference between victory and defeat. The Stippled Grip Tape helps for the same cause as the aforementioned Singuard Arms Assassin.
Mobility: The AX-50 moves comparatively well as a sniper rifle, a benefit that can serve players well if targets come from opposite directions or if they need to move in a hurry.
Default Scope: The normal sight for the AX-50 is comparatively strong, saving an attachment slot for more pressing needs.
Bullet Drop: Due to firing patterns, bullet drop can be a hassle on the AX-50 up against other sniper rifles
Velocity: Bullet velocity, even with improvements via the selected attachments, can still be a bit of a drag.
