Submachine Gun: Fennec

As an SMG that seems to excel at extremes, it can be as much a strength in some areas as a liability in others.

The introduction of the Fennec to Warzone presented players with a unique and difficult choice. With the presence of both the MP5 and MP7, the need for a meta SMG was negligible. However, with the fastest fire rate in the game and an immaculate time-to-kill in close quarter combat, the Fennec had benefits to consider. However, with drawbacks such as a max 40 round mag and cliff-like damage drops, weighing pros and cons became a very real problem.

  • Barrel – ZLR 18″ Deadfall
  • Underbarrel – Merc Foregrip
  • Ammunition – 40 Round Drum Mags
  • Rear Grip – Stippled Grip Tape
  • Perk – Sleight of Hand

An attachment unique to the Fennec, the ZLR 18″ Deadfall increases aim down sight speed without a noticeable penalty to accuracy. The Merc Foregrip boosts recoil control, essential to a gun with such a quick rate of fire. The 40 Round Drum Mags present arguably the largest problem with the Fennec, which is its mag capacity. Stippled Grip Tape, another ever-popular choice, boosts ADS, and Sleight of Hand becomes critical in reinforcing reload speed on a gun with such a small clip capacity

Firerate: When it comes to the speed of firing bullets, very few guns exist in the same stratosphere as the Fennec

Control: The recoil pattern on the Fennec is surprisingly reasonable and easy to manage

Damage Range: The drop-off is very real and can be a dealbreaker compared to other SMGs in class

Submachine Gun: MP7

The old adage about "big things coming from small packages" rings incredibly true with this potent SMG.

Submachine Gun: AUG

Not necessarily the most popular option, the AUG still manages to cause its fair share of problems.
