The gold standard for submachine guns, as dependable as they come.
As a classic installment within the Call of Duty franchise, much of the appeal of the MP5 comes with comfort. The expectations of the MP5 are well-understood as a dependable, if unspectacular, option that fulfills an obligation in close quarters. With the correct attachment, a trusty submachine gun like an MP5 can be indispensable throughout the duration of a game
- Muzzle – Monolithic Integral Suppressor
- Laser – 5mW Laser
- Underbarrel – Merc Foregrip
- Ammunition – 45 Round Magazine
- Perk – Sleight of Hand
The Monolithic Integral Suppressor substantially increases damage range in comparison to the normal Monolithic Suppressor, and the 5mW Laser assists in hip fire accuracy, a trait that is especially important for a gun that is primarily used to operate at close range. The Merc Foregrip acts in support of the goal to improve hip fire, as it provides stability without ADS in addition to eliminating vertical recoil. The 45 round mag, although it may be a smaller clip, keeps mobility at a solid threshold. Sleight of Hand is particularly important for the use of a compact submachine gun as it boosts reload speed for a gun that is often hip fired.
Hip Fire: Among other guns, the MP5 is especially strong when it comes to firing off reflex on the hip, especially with the recommended mods. Although it undoubtedly isn’t primarily how the gun is used, it is still a strong last resort to have at one’s disposal
Fire Rate: The TTK for a submachine in close quarter combat is fantastic to have in the milliseconds that make the difference in a gunfight.
Damage Range: The MP5 is prone to struggle badly from distance, as its rounds can lose impact.
